The First Home Loan Deposit Scheme is a Government-backed initiative to help Australians get into their first home sooner. We can connect you with our banking partner NAB or one of our Smartline mortgage brokers, who can help you progress your application for the Scheme.

Both the National Australia Bank (NAB) and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) have started accepted applications under the Scheme from 1 January 2020.
The 25 non-major lenders will accept applications under the Scheme from 1 February 2020.
There are currently waitlists in place.

Buy your home
Once your loan is approved under the Scheme you have 90 days to purchase your home.
