Undeniably, Justin has been moulded by everything he has gone through. In fact, he has spent over 11 years at BankWest, taking on different responsibilities and in 1999, he joined The Mortgage Gallery as a loan writer. Given his expertise and the timely opportunity, he opened the Rockingham office in 2003. The Mortgage Gallery changed its name to Smartline in May 2014.
Banking and broking can be very challenging and unpredictable but Justin believes that with his principles, he can get through all the difficulties. He sticks to the following notions: (1) information regarding home loans will always be sought by people; and (2) people are willing to get a home loan but they dread the stress that comes with it. He believes those two needs will remain constant for another 25 years.

During his free time, he gives back to his community. He served as the President of the Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce from 2005 to 2012 and the Small Business Centre—South West Metro (Rockingham and Kwinana). He also finds the time to coach local junior AFL and cricket teams and enjoys every moment of it. He is also very active in various organisations, clubs and committees, sharing his expert thoughts and giving assistance.
Justin was elected in October 2013 as the local City of Rockingham Council representative for the ratepayers of Port Kennedy, Secret Harbour, Golden Bay and Singleton. As you can see, his contribution to the local community is endless.
So, what motivates Justin? Aside from his wife and four children, his love for his job and the satisfaction of his clients also drive him to always strive to be the best.
