SMSF’s have been growing in popularity in recent years due to the many benefits of owning and operating one. An SMSF can be highly effective when you want complete control over your wealth, potentially meaning a larger nest-egg for retirement. However, your SMSF must be legally compliant so expert advice is critical to ensure you set up and borrow through your SMSF correctly.
Please note that an SMSF is only possible if you and your spouse have a minimum combined superannuation of $150,000 or more.
